  • $2M+ invoices processed on StudentFlow's rails since November 2025
  • $1.5M+ collected on those rails
  • Up to two months faster for schools to get paid than the year before

Built for both kinds of school.

  • For districts.

Fees, waivers, departed families, and a board-ready view. Nothing changes for families.

  • For independent schools.

Tuition and fees, current invoices paid where families already pay, older balances recovered in your name.

Two services. One engine.

FAQs.

Is Aptus a collection agency?

No. Aptus is the engine, never the voice. Every message goes out in your school's name, and every payment lands in your account.

Who do families hear from?

Your school. Texts and emails carry your name, your tone, and your reply path. Aptus never appears.

What does "first-party recovery" mean?

Follow-up on older balances happens in your name, under your rules, with funds to you. No third party, ever.

What if a family can't pay?

They can start a payment plan on their own, or reply HELP or CALL to reach your team. Reminders pause either way, and a family on a plan is never chased.

Where does the money go?

Straight to your account through Stripe. We never hold funds.

Do I need to replace my payment system?

No. For everyday reminders we link to the payment page you already use. Recovery runs on our rails, so families who left can pay without a login.

What does my office do each week?

Review what the system flags. That's it.

What data do you need, and how is it handled?

Exports of your families and invoices. Student-level data stays in our secured environment; only aggregate figures reach your dashboard.

Will this damage our relationship with families?

Families see the school, never a vendor. Messages never scold, and reminders stop the moment a family acts. Every family ends paid, on a plan, waiting for a call, or opted out.

Do you ever touch a student's records or privileges?

No. Aptus sends reminders and offers ways to pay. Nothing else.

Pay for results.

Reminders are a flat subscription. Recovery costs a fee only on what we bring back, and nothing if we bring back nothing. Setup is one time. That's about a third of what collection agencies charge.

Results before contracts.

Start a pilot for one term with the full system. Or send one export and we'll return your reconciled ledger and a launch plan.
