FAQs.

Is Aptus a collection agency?

No. We run the engine and you stay the sender. Every message carries your name, and every payment lands in your account.

Who do my customers hear from?

You. Texts and emails go out under your name and your domain. Aptus never appears.

Where does the money go?

Straight to your account through Stripe. We never hold funds.

Do I need to replace my billing system?

No. Send us an export, or we'll link to the payment page you already use.

What does my team do each week?

Review what the system flags. That's it.

What if a customer can't pay?

They can start a payment plan on their own, or reply to reach your team. Reminders pause either way.

Pay for results.

Reminders are a flat subscription. Recovery costs a fee only on what we bring back, and nothing if we bring back nothing. That's about a third of what collection agencies charge.

Results before contracts.

Send one export. We'll return your reconciled ledger and a launch plan.
